IE11 compatibility rules are turned off by default now that IE11 is end-of-life on Windows 10, and screen reader compatibility rules for IE11 have been removed. It also includes updated ARIA 1.2 and browser compatibility rules, plus the latest changes to the W3 HTML and CSS validators.
