SortSite 6.40 Maintenance Release

This major release has a new design and looks better on high resolution displays, with improved report exports. It also removes removes Flash SWF support due to Flash reaching end-of-life on Dec 31, 2020, plus removes obsolete rules for WCAG 1.0, Section 508 (2000) and BlackBerry. It also includes updated browser compatibility rules, plus the latest changes to the W3 HTML and CSS validators.
